Short version: If you're not happy with a paid purchase, contact us within 14 days and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Free Tier

The core visa eligibility checker is free to use. No payment is required and no refund applies.

2. Paid Features

VisaMatch offers one-time access purchases for premium features (such as additional filters, detailed visa breakdowns, or saved profiles). Plans are available for 3-month or annual access. All purchases are non-recurring — you will never be charged again automatically. Prices are displayed clearly before purchase.

3. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Request a Refund

The email address used for purchase
Your purchase date
A brief description of the issue (optional)

We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

Charges older than 14 days where no issue was reported
Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
