What to write about
- A visa detail looks wrong. Tell us the country and the visa name and we will check it against the official source. This is the most useful thing you can send us.
- Something on the site is broken. Include the page address and what you clicked.
- A visa is missing. We track 2,044 visa types across 53 countries, but rules change constantly and we miss things.
- Press, partnership or data licensing.
- Privacy or data requests. See the privacy policy first — it covers what we store.
What we cannot help with
We are not immigration advisers and we cannot give advice on your individual case, review your documents, check your application status, or contact any government department for you. Nothing on VisaMatch is legal advice. For case-specific help, speak to a registered immigration adviser or the relevant government body — every visa page on this site links to its official source.
We read everything, but we are a small team. Expect a few days for a reply, longer for anything that needs research.
